Celebrate What's Right! 2014-15
Eight schools gathered on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Rialto Theatre in Lancaster, NH for the 5th annual North Country Middle School Film Festival. The theme, Celebrate What's Right in the North Country, showcased many of the assets of the region. Topics included recreational opportunities, health and safety systems, clubs and associations, as well as some of the notable people who have hailed from the region. Winning teams are featured in this newsletter and all entries are available on the NCES YouTube page.
Fabulous door prizes reflected the many opportunities that the region affords. These included 2 golfing passes at the Omni Mount Washington in Bretton Woods, a family pack at Great Glen Trails, a trip up the Mount Washington Auto Road and two lift tickets for Wildcat or Attitash. The AutoNorth Pre-Owned Superstore, the Neil & Louise Tillotson Fund, and Rialto Theatre made the trophies, school awards and event possible.
